A purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use CloakX on the number of sites included in your plan (Single Site, Business or Agency).

You may modify the plugin for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the source code.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and licence keys confidential. Sharing a licence key beyond the site limit of your plan is a breach of these terms and may lead to deactivation without refund.

Each plan includes plugin updates and support for the period stated at checkout. When that period ends the plugin keeps working, but new versions and support require a renewal.

You must use CloakX in compliance with applicable law and with the rules of your payment processors and platforms. You are solely responsible for the stores, accounts and processors you connect through the plugin, and for any routing configuration you create.

CloakX is provided as-is. Figures shown on this website are illustrative of what merchants have reported and are not a promise of results. We do not guarantee approval, uptime or continuity of any third-party payment processor.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to the plugin is limited to the amount you paid for your licence. We are not liable for lost profits, lost orders or indirect damages.

We may suspend or terminate a licence that breaches these terms. You may stop using the plugin at any time.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the plugin after an update means you accept the revised version.
