Account data: the email address you use to register a member account, plus authentication data handled by our authentication provider.

Purchase data: the plan you bought, the amount, the currency, the purchase date and the invoice reference. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.

Licence data: the licence key issued to you and, when you activate it, the domain the plugin runs on.

Support data: the subject and content of any support request you submit.

To issue and validate licences, to deliver plugin downloads and updates, to send transactional messages about your purchase, and to answer support requests.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

CloakX runs inside your own WordPress installation. Order, customer and payment data processed by the plugin stays in your stores and your payment processors. We do not receive a copy of it.

The plugin contacts our servers only to validate a licence key and to check for updates.

We use third-party providers for hosting, database and authentication, for payment processing, and for email delivery. Each provider only receives the data needed to perform its function.

Account, licence and purchase records are kept for as long as your licence is active and afterwards for the period required for accounting and legal obligations. Support requests are kept while they are useful for follow-up.

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and you can withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Write to support@cloakx.cc and we will reply within a reasonable delay.

Deleting your account does not remove records we must keep for invoicing and tax purposes.

We use cookies and local storage strictly to keep you signed in to the member area and to remember basic preferences.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
